THE STORY

Subwear started as a traditional shop. In 2016 we set out to turn it into a business that sells online, and we learned how ecommerce really works the hard way, with our own money on the line.

We ran the countless photoshoots, set up the automation, sorted out the SEO, and managed the ad spend ourselves. Every mistake was ours to make, ours to pay for, and ours to fix.

That is why DENM exists. We now use those hard-won lessons to help partners make the same move without repeating our mistakes, and we keep improving the approach as tools and channels change.
