THE STORY

Partisan & Co runs three Shopify stores in South Africa: K-Swiss, Palladium, and its own multi-brand shop. The business is managed in Sage Intacct, and nothing connected the two. Stock levels and prices were kept up to date by hand, and every online order, return and exchange was retyped into Sage after the fact. Slow, expensive, and wrong often enough to matter.

We built the connection ourselves, because there is no off-the-shelf one. Stock and retail prices flow out of Sage into each store, sourced across six physical shops and the central warehouse in priority order so the store shows what can actually be picked. Prices land VAT-correct. New lines that exist in Sage but not online are created as proper products, sized, and published. In the other direction, each sale, return and exchange posts itself back into Sage as the right document, and stock between the group companies reconciles without anyone chasing paperwork.

The same engine now runs behind all three stores, K-Swiss and Palladium alongside the group's own multi-brand shop. Every change is dry-run against real records before it goes live, every step is idempotent so nothing is ever posted twice, and if a post cannot be made the team is alerted and captures it the old way. Nothing breaks quietly. The people who used to spend their days retyping documents are doing the work that actually grows the business.

The best integration is the one nobody has to think about.
