THE STORY
FADE is a young streetwear label with real brand appeal but thin, erratic online revenue, with some months barely registering.
We scaled it as a proper business across both DTC and wholesale: store and catalogue, social and AI-assisted UGC to keep content volume high, paid acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok tuned to a young audience, plus email, WhatsApp and B2B management.
Online revenue more than doubled year on year, and it grew nearly twice as fast as traffic, so the same audience converts and spends more. The month-to-month picture went from unpredictable to steady, the shift that makes an emerging brand investable.
