THE STORY

Brands Megastore ran a broad multi-brand catalogue across apparel, footwear and lifestyle, growing slowly without the acquisition and conversion structure to push past its ceiling.

We rebuilt the growth engine end to end: store and catalogue optimisation, social and creative, paid acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok on AI bidding with AI-assisted creative testing, email and WhatsApp for retention, and custom integrations to tie it together.

Revenue climbed 71% in the first full year and has held its new level since, with the best months doing roughly double their pre-engagement peak. Steady growth, not a one-off spike.
